super simple, super quick

Sometimes you want breakfast, but you don’t want to cook. I have the solution! These Baked Grapefruits take literally no time at all (well, 5 minutes), and they are suuuuper simple to make. Only 3 ingredients make up this recipe, and you for sure have 2 of them in your pantry already. Grapefruit sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, baked and broiled in the oven? Yeah, that sounds freaking delicious, and it’s because IT IS freaking delicious!

why i love baked grapefruit

There’s nothing better than fruit in the morning. Well, maybe pancakes. Or waffles. Or cinnamon rolls. Okay, so maybe there is a lot better than fruit in the morning. BUT, you can’t eat breakfast packed with sugar and flour every morning. The best thing about fruit for breakfast, you ask? It’s sweet AND good for you. Not only does this recipe only take a couple of minutes to prepare and finish, but it’s healthy! A healthy breakfast no doubt helps you prepare for the day and feel ready to tackle anything. Waffles may be my favorite, but when I have a belly full of waffles I don’t particularly feel up to anything. I honestly feel more like going back to bed. So start your day the healthy way, with a tasty baked grapefruit!
