This snack recipe is one of the simpler ones in my recipe bank. However, it is definitely one of the tastiest. These little drops of happiness will not only help you survive any hunger spell, but thrive! They are so tempting, it will definitely require some serious self-control to put them down. Don’t be too hard on yourself when you can’t though, they are good for you!

Pecans are easily one of the healthier snacks out there. They are Keto friendly and so delicious! A hand full of these babies and you can make it through just about anything. This recipe is so incredibly easy, you will want to keep a permanent Roasted Pecan designated Tupperware.

  1. Preheat oven to 300°.
  2. In a large bowl, mix pecan halves with melted butter and salt.
  3. Transfer to a cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

You can store these in an air tight container for up to 1 month in the refrigerator, and up to 3 months in the freezer!

To spice things up a bit, add some cinnamon. If you want to REALLY spice things up, you can add some chili powder.

Roasted pecans are definitely delicious enough to eat alone. You can also accompany them with some cheese or to decorate different desserts. Try them on my Keto Cheesecake Bites!
