🌿DIY Garden Markers! This is so easy I do it every year to customize my garden and I love it. It’s so fun to make different shapes and sizes, and this year I added some watercolor to the letters and I’m in love 😍

🌿To make these all you need is:
• @sculpey_official clay, I use the one you bake but I’m sure the air dry would work too!
• small letter stamps
• watercolors and paintbrush *optional

🌿How to:
Cut off a small piece of your clay, roll into a ball and then roll out into a log. Using a rolling pin, flatten out about 3/4 of the log. Form the unrolled part into a point, and I like to cut a point with a sharp knife to make it a little pointier but you don’t have to do this if you don’t want to or are working with kids and don’t want to have a knife out! Next you will stamp your words in, depending on what you have in your garden. Next lay on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat, and bake in the oven I think it was 275F for 15 minutes (it’s on the package). Once they are hard, remove from the oven and either use as is or apply some water color paints to the letter indentions. Enjoy in your garden!

🌿It’s that time of the year again! Learn how to save your herbs in oil, it’s a game changers 🙌🙌🙌

Keeps these little frozen cubes in your freezer all year to have fresh herbs whenever you need. Just pop one in the pan and get to cookin!

You will need a silicon mold of some form, it doesn’t really matter what shape as long as they are huge. Fill each cup with chopped herbs of your choosing and fill to the top with olive or avocado oil. Place in the freezer until solid and then pop out and store in an airtight container in the freezer for use all year!

This recipe makes super fat, super soft vegan chocolate chip cookies with big ole chunks of brownies!! I made this for @naturesbakery and haven’t been able to stop thinking about them since 😍

@Ingredients//
•1⁄2 cup sugar •3⁄4 cup dark brown sugar, packed -1 teaspoon salt •1⁄2 cup refined coconut oil, melted
•1⁄4 cup non-dairy milk
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract •1 1⁄2 cups flour •1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda •4 oz vegan semi-sweet chocolate, chunks •4-5 brownie bars, chopped into chunks *optional*

Instructions//
In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, brown sugar, salt, and coconut oil until combined. Whisk in non-dairy milk and vanilla, until all sugar has dissolved and the batter is smooth. Sift in the flour and baking soda, then fold the mixture with a spatula, being careful not to overmix. Fold in the chocolate chips and brownie chunks evenly. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. Scoop the dough with an ice cream scoop onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Be sure to leave at least 2 inches of space between cookies and the edges of the pan so cookies can spread evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cookies just begin to brown. Remove from oven, allow to cool on baking sheet for a couple minutes and then transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy warm!!!

(recipe!) This FRUIT PIZZA is by far one of my favorite recipes my mom made when I was growing up! It’s refreshing but sweet, and we always had it on Christmas morning which made it extra special. Ingredients for the crust//
• ½ cup butter, softened
• ¼ cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 ½ cups flour
• ¼ tsp baking powder

Ingredients for Cream Cheese Whipped Frosting//
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 tbsp powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the topping//
• 2 kiwis, thinly sliced
• 1 mango, thinly sliced
• strawberries, sliced
• blueberries
• ½ cup water
• ½ cup sugar
• peel of 1 orange

Method//
Preheat the oven to 350°F. First make your cookie by beating the butter and sugar for 3 minutes in a stand mixer using your paddle attachment. Add the egg and vanilla and beat for another minute, scraping down the sides as necessary. In a separate bowl mix your flour and baking powder, and then stir it into the wet ingredients until you have a soft dough. On a 12”-14” pizza pan, roll your dough out to make one large cookie about ¼” thick. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges brown slightly. While this cools, make your orange simple syrup by combining the ½ cup water, ½ cup sugar and your orange peel in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves completely and then remove from heat and set aside to cool. Next up the whipped frosting- Using a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, whip your cream cheese until it’s smooth. Add your vanilla extract and powdered sugar and whip some more until there are no lumps. Turn mixer to low and slowly add the cold heavy whipping cream in a stream to the mix. Turn the speed to medium high and allow to whip until semi stiff peaks form. Spread this over the completely cooled cookie, top with your fruit and then brush your orange simple syrup all over the top. Enjoy cold!

(recipe👇) How to make CRÈME FRAÎCHE AT HOME! Y’all this is almost too easy it’s criminal. This is a 2 step process and all you need is a little time (24 hrs) and you save yourself literally $6. Crème fraîche can be used in so many things, as a sour cream replacement, in pasta sauce, on toast, in scrambled eggs, even in baked goods! My cookbook uses crème fraîche A LOT so now you won’t have to worry about spending $7 on a cup of it when you can just make it from scratch for like less than $1 instead!

Ingredients//
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 tbsp buttermilk

Method//
In a small glass jar that has a lid, mix the heavy cream and buttermilk together. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let sit for 24 hours on the counter and then it’s seriously done. Place lid on and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, and it gets thicker once you refrigerate it.

✨(recipe👇) Springtime Pavlova✨ this light and fluffy dessert filled with whipped cream, lemon curd and raspberries is the perfect dessert for spring!!

For the Pavlova//
•5 large egg whites
•1 pinch salt
•⅛ tsp cream of tartar, optional
•3 tablespoon cold water
•1¼ cups superfine sugar (you can make this by putting regular sugar in food processor)
•1 tbsp cornstarch
•1 tsp vanilla extract
•1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

For the Whipped Cream//
•1 cup heavy cream
•1 tbsp powdered sugar
•1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 275 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and using a pencil, draw a circle that’s 6 or 7 inches in diameter. Flip the paper over and set aside. Whip the egg whites on medium–high with the salt and cream of tartar In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, until soft peaks form. This can take about 5 minutes. Lower the speed to medium–low, then whisk in the water. Start adding the sugar, a spoonful at a time, slowly. This will take a few minutes. Take your time. Once the sugar is added, increase the speed back up to medium–high and continue whipping the meringue until you reached stiff peaks, fold into the egg whites the cornstarch, vanilla, and vinegar. Dollop the mixture within the circle drawn on the parchment. Then working with an offset spatula, build it up to form a tall mound like a mountain. Use your spatula to bring the sides up to make it taller on the outer sides with a little dip in the center for the filling. Bake the pavlova for 45 minutes, then drop the temperature to 250 ºF and continue baking. It takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes to bake the pavlova. Once baked, turn off the oven and turn on the oven light. Don’t open the door yet! Let the pavlova cool for several hours in the oven, turned off with the light on, until it’s completely cooled. I like to leave it overnight undisturbed, to make sure it’s totally cooled. Then make your whipped cream by whipping the heavy cream, vanilla and sugar on high speed until stiff peaks form. Fill center of pavlova with whipped cream, your fav lemon curd and raspberries!

(recipe👇) Maple Candied Jalapeños‼️I have become slightly addicted (maybe not so slightly) to candied jalapeños, so I decided to make a healthy option using maple syrup and coconut sugar! These are soooooo good and such an easy recipe to make you’re going to want to put them on everything!

✨Stay tuned for a video recipe of my favorite way to use these coming super soon!

Small batch ingredients//you can double or triple this
• 1/2 lb jalapeños (about 5)
• 3/4 cup rice wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup coconut sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt

Method//
First, you’re going to want to slice your jalapeños in about a 1/4 inch slices. I used a mandolin but you can easily use a knife, just be careful of the seeds. Next, in a small saucepan mix the rice vinegar, water, maple syrup, coconut sugar and salt and bring to a boil. Let that boil until the sugar dissolves (3 min) then add the jalapeños and let boil for another 5-6 minutes. Remove the jalapeños and place in an airtight container. Let the liquid reduce down by half (8-10 min) and then pour over your jalapeños! Store in the fridge for about 2-3 weeks (they will NOT last this long you’ll eat them all within a week for sure). Enjoy!

(recipe👇)MISO BUTTER Grilled Cheese! Elevate your lunch to the next level with a twist on a classic. Miso butter makes this sandwich poppin with umami flavor, you’ll never want a plain ole grilled cheese ever again!

Ingredients for miso butter//
•3 tbsp butter, softened
•2 tsp red miso paste (I get mine on @amazon)

Ingredients for grilled cheese//
•2 tbsp butter, divided into 1 tbsp each
•2 pieces of bread (I use @pepperidgefarm sourdough)
•1 cup shredded cheddar

Method//
Make your miso butter by mixing the miso paste into your softened butter. Spread the miso butter on the inside of both slices of bread. Place the shredded cheese in between the two slices of bread. Melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Once melted, add your sandwich. Cook until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes) and then flip. Melt the last 1 tbsp of butter in the skillet and tilt up your sandwich to let it under. Brown the other side for about 2-3 minutes (it goes faster the second side since the pan is hotter). Once your sandwich is browned on both side and the cheese is super melty, remove from heat and enjoy!
