Roasted Corn Ribs
Roasted Corn Ribs are seriously delicious and super easy to make! Perfect for a BBQ or side dish to pretty much any dinner.
Servings 4 servings
- 4 corn cobs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Prep the corn- snap cobs in half, then slice lengthwise through cob. Slice again into quarters.
In a ziplock bag, or large bowl, mix corn, olive oil, and spices until evenly coated.
Place corn in a single layer on baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes, or until desired browning.
Add more or less seasoning to taste. Also try other seasonings like ranch packets or adding some cumin!
Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
